Your angle

Educational authority. Direct to camera. Confident and informative. You're the expert sharing something genuinely cool. Value-first content that makes people want to try Cantina. Think of yourself as a friend recommending something awesome — not a salesperson. Lead with what Cantina can do and why it matters.

What great talking head content looks like

  • Speaks directly to camera with confidence
  • Leads with a hook or bold statement
  • Explains what Cantina is and why it's worth trying
  • Feels like a recommendation from a friend, not a sales pitch
  • Clear and well-lit with good audio

What to avoid

  • Reading from a script word-for-word (know your points, speak naturally)
  • Monotone or low-energy delivery
  • Being vague about what Cantina actually does
  • Competitor mentions or exaggerated claims
  • Profanity or inappropriate content

Approval process

Every video needs your coach's approval before you post it.

  1. Create your video
  2. Send it to your coach for review
  3. Wait for approval (usually within 24 hours)
  4. Once approved, post to both TikTok and Instagram
  • Videos posted without approval are not eligible for payment
  • If something needs changes, your coach will let you know. Make the edits before posting.
  • Posting to both TT + IG counts as one deliverable

Posting schedule

How often to post

  • 2 times per day, 14 times per week — you may post a 3rd video if necessary, but do not exceed 3 per day
  • Wait 4-5 hours between posts
  • All videos must be cross-posted to both TikTok and Instagram
  • Goal: 28 approved videos bi-weekly by every 2nd Sunday at 11:59 PM PST
  • There's no cap on submissions — more posts increase your odds of success
Hashtags: Use 5 hashtags per post. Adjust them to fit your video's content, but always include #cantina as the last hashtag.
